It’s all about transportation (with a dollop of ethics) this morning.

Seattle Times, Seattle Bike Blog,  and SeattleMet cover SDOT Director Scott Kubly’s $10,000 fine for ethics violations, and MyNorthwest’s talk-radio hosts sounded off about it (here and here).

The Stranger reports that BMW’s car-sharing service has expanded to South Seattle after Council President Bruce Harrell compared it to “redlining.”
