The Seattle Transportation Benefit District Board met this afternoon. Council member Rasmussen chairs the board, and the other eight council members are all members of the board.
There is only one item on the agenda: approving the 2016 Seattle Transportation Benefit District budget. The budget includes around $52.6 million in revenues (from vehicle license fees and property taxes) and spending (transit and other service improvements, the ORCA LIFT program, and other programs). It was briefly discussed and quickly passed.
