Another long, heated public comment session at a poorly-attended Council meeting, a bill pushed out another week, and an update on what’s going on in Olympia. Also, the return of Council member Mosqueda!

There was much discussion on last week’s gun violence downtown, plus a debate over resolutions.

There was an awful lot of speechifying today, given that this afternoon’s agenda only had three resolutions and no ordinances.

The new Council is getting up and running, committee meetings are scheduled, and things are starting to happen on the second floor of City Hall.
